How do I join Fusion Fitness Gym ?

If it’s your first time to Our Gym, just come to reception with your membership details and we will give you a key fob. You can then use the key fob to access Our Gym during opening hours.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely. We have one day passes available to purchase on our website.

What should I wear?

Please wear clothing appropriate to a gym environment (no denim). Clean trainers should also be worn.

How do I book onto a class?

Simply log on to your account, and click ‘Book a class’. Classes can only be booked 24 hours in advance.

How do I cancel a class booking.?

Just log on to your account, go to class bookings, and click cancel.

What is a Standard Class?

A standard class is one that is included in the cost of your membership. Day Pass customers cannot attend any classes. Classes are bookable 24 hours in advance.

What is a Premium Class?

These classes are additional to the standard programme and they have an additional cost. These classes are only available to Our Gym Members and are not available for those who have purchased a Day Pass. Classes are bookable 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations, but we will refund classes if we have to cancel.

Where can I shower?

We have free showers available in our changing rooms on the ground floor.

Are there any student / group / corporate discounts available?

Because we offer such good value memberships, unfortunately there are no other discounted memberships available.

Do I get anything for referring a friend or family member?

If a friend or family member join as a result of you referring them then you get a FREE 30-minute Personal Training session. It’s easy to set up, all you have to do is get your friends/family to enter your referral code (this can be found on the left hand side of your Membr account under your profile picture) when they sign up to join Our Gym.
